I'm sending this to you with the hope that it can be helpful
to you in some manner in telling people about the quality of the work
you perform and the ability of your technicians. I'm certain that
you have heard this before but I believe that because of what has
happened this must be voiced again.
As you are aware I brought the original props from my 1989 Regal 360 Commodore to you based on the fact that you believed that you could make my boat perform better. I purchased the boat new and from day one the boat never seemed to perform the way I felt it should. I purchased a spare set of props and sent all four props out to have the pitch set properly. When I received them back we installed the spare set and put the originals away in case they ever were needed. When we moved to The Bay in 1990 we sent the props out again because we weren't happy with the performance and after they came back we found some improvement and assumed that was the best we would ever get based on the weight and size of the boat. At that time our WOT was 4400 with a speed of 24 knots and our cruise was 3600 with a speed of 18 knots. As I said, I thought that was adequate but that's not the case anymore.
When I told my wife how much it was going to cost to redo the props again she held back telling me that I was nuts as we were considering the purchase of a new boat. I picked up the props from you on tenth and installed them that night. When we took the boat out on Saturday we could only look at each other in complete amazement at how well the boat performed and at how smooth it accelerated. My WOT did drop to 4200, as you said it would, but my speed went to 28 knots and at the cruise RPM of 3600 we are now doing 24 knots. The most amazing thing is how quiet the boat is now and the fact that there is absolutely no vibration which we always believed was just the way the boat was meant to perform. The increase in performance has convinced us that we are going to keep this boat until we find something that really gets our attention as we now like everything about the boat and it's operation.
It's nice to find a company in the boating industry that performs on time and delivers what they promised. I will tall everyone I know what a great job you did for our boat and I would like to give my thanks to Gene for doing such a good job on my props. This is obviously a real case of getting what you pay for and now both myself, and my wife, are happy.

Just wanted to let you know that the props for "Migration" that
you cleaned up and repitched work very well and our customer is
pleased with the results. I recommend you to anyone wanting the
smoothest running gear possible!

Your work made all the difference in the world! The "tune-up" you
did on my brand-new factory props increased my speed a full 5 mph at my cruising
rpm and smoothed out the ride tremendously. Many thanks for a great job
and quick turnaround.

...These props you fixed are the best investment I have made in the boat. The boat is smoother, faster, and fuel efficiency has improved by at least 10%. ...It would be hard to put into words the improvement that a good set of props makes. It's like putting a new set of tires on a car when the old ones were out of balance. After four attempts to fix these props at another prop shop with little improvement you have won my admiration. Isn't it great what new technology can do?

...We sure appreciate your quick and dependable work. The Hatteras runs great with the new props.

I wanted to drop a line and say how pleased I was with the results of the job you did for me this spring. The first run was about 6.5 hours, from Kent Island to Aquia Creek, on the Potomac. It was obvious even when idling that a significant change had occurred. Overall noise levels were down and so was vibration of the boat. When I kicked her up on plane, it was night and day, even in the 2 footers we had at the start of the trip. Last year I saw efficiencies of 1.1 to 1.2 mpg for 23 knots, and 0.9 to 1.0 mpg at 26 knots in smooth (less than 1 foot waves) water. This trip was constant 2-3 with some 3-4, and I saw 1.2 to 1.3 while averaging 21 to 23 knots in the bay. When I got on the Potomac, I saw 1.0 to 1.1 mpg for 28 knots with 1-2 footers into a breeze of 10-15 knots. Mileage was measured by my FloScan TwinScan setup. What an improvement ! By the way I was fully loaded on fuel at the start, with three people and gear.
I was a believer in the technology from the start, now I am a committed fan. Thanks for a job well done.
